We started The Launch Lab because we saw how overwhelming the transition from student life to the professional world has become. It’s a huge leap, and many young adults feel lost without the right tools. We believe that with a little guidance, every teen can find their footing. Our mission is to transform that 'what now' confusion into a clear, exciting path forward by providing practical skills and genuine encouragement. We are here to lighten the load for families, taking the stress out of the job search and replacing it with confidence. By teaching everything from body language to resume building, we help parents feel supported and teens feel ready to handle real-world opportunities with a smile.
